What is that job costing you?
Three numbers about one repetitive task. We cost the time at UK median full-time pay, then size the smallest plan that covers it.
Defaults to £37,430, the ONS median for UK full-time employees. We add 20% for employer NI and pension, and assume 1,950 working hours a year, giving £23 an hour all in.
An estimate, not a quote. It assumes one automated run replaces one manual pass and that a flow runs in about 30 seconds of machine time.
Questions people ask before signing up
What counts as a run minute?
Time your workflows actually spend executing, rounded to the nearest second. Queued, suspended or pending flows do not contribute towards usage.
Can I switch to self-hosting later?
Any time. Workflows export as portable JSON, so you import them into the open-source core and carry on.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan and the self-hosted core never ask for one, and trials do not either.
What happens if I run out of minutes?
Runs stop once you reach your allowance, so you are never billed for more than the plan you chose. You will have seen it coming: your usage sits on the dashboard from day one, and we email you as you get close. Moving up a plan applies immediately, with the difference prorated, so nothing stays paused for long.
Is there a discount for charities, students or emergency services?
Yes, 10% off any paid plan. Send us proof of status and we will apply it to your account.
